We had a very busy September this year, not only playing seven gigs but also covering a lot of ground from the bay area of Southern Maryland at the Artsfest for the Annemarie Sculpture Garden to the the Red Heifer Winery in the Mountains of Frederick county.
All of the local gypsy groups are taking a breather from our regular venue at Bistro 29 as they adjust their schedule for the Fall and Winter months. Going forward we’ll be splitting the bill with the Bitter Dose Combo.
As the weather gets colder and we find ourselves spending more time indoors, we’re hoping to learn some new material and do some recording with the goal of putting together our first CD. In addition to our favorites from Django, we have some more original material queued up and ready to go. Look for these to appear in our upcoming gigs.
